Bishop’s Stortford & District Footpaths Association

AGM & 60th Anniversary Celebration

Saturday 18th March 2017 2pm

Rhodes Art Complex & Museum, Bishop’s Stortford, Herts, CM23 3JG

 Dear member,

The Bishop’s Stortford and District Footpaths Association is celebrating its 60th anniversary this year and to mark the occasion has organised two special events.

On Saturday, 18th March at 2pm, the Rhodes Art Complex & Museum will be hosting our AGM. The formal business will be followed by refreshments and the unveiling of a display of original documents from the early years together with memorabilia from more recent times.

On Sunday 19th March 2017 at 10am we will be leading an anniversary walk starting at the Nag’s Head, Dunmow Road, Bishop’s Stortford, CM23 5HP. The walk of approximately four and half miles will trace the route of the opening walk in our first walks booklet which was published in March 1960.

We hope that you will be able to support these special events and help us celebrate the past and look forward to the future. If you have any questions then please do not hesitate to contact me.

Best regards,

Dave Webber
