The launch of the ‘Parks and Beyond’ circular walks in Bishop’s Stortford

Countryside Management Service (CMS) working in partnership with East Herts Council has recently completed the ‘Parks and Beyond’ Project in Bishop’s Stortford. The ‘Parks and Beyond’ circular walks link together five East Herts Council managed open spaces – Thorley Wedge, Southern Country Park, Northern Parkland, Bishop’s Park and The Firs. Local volunteers have helped to make this project a success by waymarking the route, installing entrance signs and interpretation panels. A new leaflet has been produced to guide people around the two circular walks.
