I’m pleased to advise that Herts CC has recently started work resurfacing the above-mentioned public footpath. The footpath is temporarily closed and will open once works have been completed. Please refer to the attached Order for details of alternative routes whilst the footpath is closed.

Countryside, the developers of Bishop’s Stortford South, has wasted no time in implementing the temporary closure order for the above-mentioned public footpaths. As mentioned in a previous post (13 May), the closure order is for an initial 6 months with a planned extension of a further 18 months.
