BSDFA ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) – TUESDAY, 14 OCTOBER 2025
Our 2025 AGM will take place on Tuesday, 14 October at the New Apton Centre, Apton Road, Bishop’s Stortford, CM23 3SN.
The meeting will commence at 7.30pm and after the formalities and a break for refreshments, our Chair, Dave Webber, will deliver an illustrated review of the Association’s activities over the past 12 months, together with an update on future activities. This will be an interactive session where questions and ideas from the audience will be encouraged. It’s along the format we trialled last year and which proved popular with those who attended.
Dave will be updating on a number of important local initiatives including the East Herts Local Cycle & Walking Infrastructure Plan (LCWIP), the creation of a new sustainable travel route from Grange Paddocks to Stortford Fields and proposals to better connect the town to the Flitch Way. We also hope that members and guests will share their thoughts on what we can do to meet our founding objective ‘to improve, protect and promote’ our local rights of way network.
The meeting is open to members and visitors. The New Apton Centre is only 25 metres from the nearest long stay car park with alternative parking a short walk away in Jackson Square.
We hope you can join us.
