Back in March 2023, we asked the Herts CC Rights of Way team to urgently consider installing a bollard close to this public footpath’s junction with Dane O’Coys. The footpath had recently been resurfaced and there had been reports of vehicles using it as a short cut into Stortford Fields. I’m pleased to report that bollard has finally been installed by contractors several metres along the footpath.
