A recently submitted Planning Application to EHDC has provided an ideal opportunity to fill in a missing link to the Thorley Rights of Way network.
We have proposed that the Applicant takes the opportunity to request for the existing public footpath (Thorley FP013) that runs through the site to be diverted along the line of a permissive path that was created several years ago. This path should be upgraded to a public bridleway as it would provide a much needed strategic connection between Moor Hall Lane West and Thorley BR012 for cyclists and horse riders. This proposal has the of Hertfordshire Highways.
