FOOTPATH 10 GREAT HALLINGBURY

PROPOSAL TO UPGRADE PART OF FOOTPATH 10 GREAT HALLINGBURY TO BRIDLEWAY

SECTION 26 OF THE HIGHWAYS ACT 1980

Essex County Council is intending to upgrade part of the above mentioned footpath in Great Hallingbury to a bridleway as shown on the attached plan.

It looks like a sensible proposal as it is an obvious link for horse riders and cyclists leaving the Dunmow Road to join the Flitch Way.
