Further to our post of 5 April, we’re pleased to report that the three poorly constructed stiles on this footpath have recently been replaced with modern kissing gates. The new gates are located at the southern end of the footpath close to its terminus with Spellbrook Lane West. The BSDFA has been pressing for this work to be undertaken for several years and are pleased that it has finally been completed to a high standard. Thanks to the Herts Rights of Way team for facilitating this work.
