Herts County Council (HCC) has issued an order to divert the above-mentioned public footpath in Much Hadham under Schedule 6 of the Highways Act 1980.

The BSDFA does not plan to object to this diversion.
I think the new proposed path is too steep near point C and constitutes a barrier to people with mobility problems who would otherwise have access to a network of paths and bridleways all over Much Hadham parish.
